• To Comply with all legislation relevant to Manufacturing of Overhead Electricity Transmission Conductors, Stay Wires / Earth Wires, Paper Covered Round & Rectangular Conductors, Aluminium MIG & TIG Welding Wires & Copper Conductors.
• To create conditions for maintain our company as a young, innovative and enthusiastic by employing young staff with specific knowledge and in that ways it will improve the effects of our business by modernizing the process, implementing modern production equipment and applying state-of-the-art IT methods.
• To implement continual improvement initiatives and make best use of its management resources.
• To communicate its Quality objectives and its performance in achieving these objectives, throughout the Company and to interested parties.
• To take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates, sub-contractors, and others who come into contact with its products, work and other activity.
• To Work closely with its Customers and Suppliers in seeking to establish the highest Quality Standards
• To Adopt a forward looking view on future business decisions which may have an impact on Quality
• To Train all members of staff in the needs and responsibilities of Quality Management
